MicroSync Digital II - the Smallest, Smartest Wireless Strobe Sync System.

Fire Strobes

Using the MicroSync® II to fire strobes:

Whether you’re shooting in the studio or on location, the MicroSync® II Wireless Strobe Sync System allows you to fire strobes wirelessly. Unlike infrared systems, the MicroSync® II uses advanced radio frequency technology that does not require line of sight. This enables you to fire your strobes around corners, through walls, and across reception halls.

What you need:
  1. MicroSync® II Kit (includes a transmitter and receiver).
  2. A camera with a universal hot shoe. If your camera doesn’t have a universal hot shoe, click here.
  3. 3. A strobe with a ¼” mono plug, 3.5mm mini plug, or two-prong plug sync input. If your strobe doesn’t have these sync inputs, click here.
How to do it:
  • Turn on your camera and strobe.
  • Place the MicroSync® II transmitter into your camera’s hot shoe. See Photo #1.
  • Open the battery compartment of the MicroSync® II receiver and install the “AA” batteries (included with the kit) in the MicroSync® II receiver. See Photo #2.
  • Plug the MicroSync® II receiver into your strobe’s sync input. See Photo #3. Shoot.
